To make Mr Kipling exceedingly moist and fluffy Apple Pie Cake, you will need:
2 medium eggs
75ml (5 tbsp) vegetable oil
125ml semi-skimmed milk
Topping (optional)
Mixing bowl
Measuring jug
Lined 8" round cake tin
Electric hand whisk
30-35 Minutes to Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4
Step 1. In a jug, blend the eggs, milk & oil.
Step 2. Place the Kipling Apple Pie cake mix into a bowl, pour in the egg, milk and oil and gently mix then whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy, Do Not Over Mix.
Step 3. Pour into the prepared baking tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Top Tip
Finish with a salted caramel drizzle.
