Blondie Mix with White Chocolate Chunks.
Light Brown Sugar, Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, White Chocolate Chunks (14%) (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Flavouring), Maize Starch, Wheat Fibre, Raising Agents (Potassium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dried Egg White, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Natural Madagascan Vanilla Flavouring.

You will need
75g Melted butter or
75g Vegetable oil
75ml Water
1 x Medium egg

8 x 8 inch lined brownie tray.
Electric hand whisk
Instructions
Heat
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
Whisk
Tip the Mr Kipling signature Madagascan vanilla & white chocolate Blondie mix into a bowl and pour in the melted butter or oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on a medium speed until well combined.
Bake
Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 22 – 26 minutes until crisp on the top and moist in the centre.
Enjoy
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
Top Tip!
Prefer your blondies fudgy? Bake for 22 minutes.
Prefer your blondies more cakey? bake for 26 minutes.
Exceedingly good either way!
